This facility was a god send for my sister-in-law. She was living alone and as a result was becoming withdrawn. Since moving to the Promenade in May, she has blossomed socially, takes part in all the activities and has made many new friends. She is like a new person. We have found all the staff there to be caring and supportive of her. We can't thank them enough for her new lease on life!

This place is terribly understaffed if i could give 0 stars i would. The state needs to be called on this place as soon as possible you can see that they overwork the staff the ones that take care of our loved ones are the same ones serving in the dining room. As i visited other assisted living they have different people for different departments but not here they even promote memory care and its not even open yet. The state needs to come in and see that this place is a big joke seriously. It seems like they are only in for the money. If you place your loved one in these humans care you must be desperate or just dont care for your loved ones at all.
