Dad moved to Loudonville Assisted Living six years ago. We visited a number of similar facilities and this one seemed the best fit. It has become his true home. His friendships with his fellow residents and the very caring staff greatly expanded his social life which was limited becuse he outlived all his friends. Through several complicated hospitalizations and the rehabs that followed he has always said, 'I just want to get home to Loudonville' and the staff are always there to help us make that happen. A safe, supportive, and caring place.

This place is the worse place to work for. They treat people terrible like they are better than you. I would never put my parents in this place . I worked there 5 years and they fired me but I won. I should of never been fired over hear say. All back stabbers with a handful of nice people. They dont care about the clients that stay there all mike Levine cares about is money and thats it.

Beautiful facility with attention to every detail. My mom lived there for 5 years and it felt like home. The staff appreciated her and encouraged her to be her best self. She knew she was liked and respected and was happy. There were lots of smiles, fun games, joyful music and the food not only tasted great but was presented in a way that felt like fine dining. I am grateful to all that made her time there a meaningful and peaceful experience.

My mom called Loundonvillle Assisted Living her home for 4 years. She loved her private room, the activities and of course the staff. From Sue at the front, to the aides like Ann and Darcy the director, she was well cared for. As her daughter, I was always reassured when I would see the owner there. He really cares about the residents. I am so happy my mom and I choose Loundonvillle Assisted Living as her last home!
