There was no way mom was going to move anywhere if she couldn't take her cat. We found out Atria allows pets and took her to visit. We knew we found the puurrrfect place when Kristyn, the director, told us she rescued and fostered cats.

My Dad just moved in but I have to give this place 5 stars just based on the admission process. My sister and I met with Jennifer back in December for a tour after a few long months of trying to find a facility for our Dad. She was so genuine, empathetic, and informative. We left feeling very optimistic for the first time in months. Facility is clean and well kept with friendly staff and residents. Throughout the next steps she was communicative and was nice enough to hold one of the last available rooms There were some hiccups with the records at his current facility but she remained patient and understanding. The nurse even drove all the way to Ithaca to evaluate our Dad in person and in a timely manner. Since moving in last weekend, they have been keeping lines of communication open letting us know of his progress and how he is adjusting. So far we are extremely happy and excited to see how our Dad adjusts to living here!
