UPS Customer Center

Lowest possible rating . Come to our house all the time when trying to find the neighbors further up the lane . But have yet to have them deliver our packages. We've been down there three times to get them to add us in their system and pick up our packages. This last time they had my package since December 23 and sent it back to the sender. Nice . Unfortunately some online stores don't give the option to select how to be shipped. I would never choose UPS in our area. Never.

Terrible service. Expected delivery but tracking kept saying delivery attempted. Found out that they assumed rv park would be closed and didnt even try to deliver, BUT still charged me with a delivery attempt. No one would answer the phone there and office only open one hour each day. This terminal needs better management. In Silver City, NM DONT use UPS, use Fedex or USPS.

I've had many problems with this outfit over the years.They can't seem to find me, even though my address is on a hwy, house is visible from the road, and the house # is clearly marked at the gate.Just try contacting them to work things out.They just let the phone ring. When I have been able to leave a message,they Never call back. Lousy service. UPS needs to hire a better crew.Randy, Aragon, NM

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I paid 20 dollars for next day shipping and it guaranteed it would be here before 10:30am two days later. 8pm comes on delivery day and my package is nowhere to be found. I track it and it said delivery attempted (which was not true because I sat in my living room all day waiting for it) and apparently my address was wrong? Which it wasnt. FedEx has NO issues ever delivering to my house. I live in a residential neighborhood by the way. I feel that the delivery driver didnt want to deliver because it was late so they lied and tried to say it was attempted which it wasnt. I called their customer service center and was severely disrespected by their over seas call center employees which I couldnt even understand, and was told that I could pick it up at 8am the next day at the warehouse. Which I shouldnt have had to do anyways because I paid 20 DOLLARS for shipping. I go to the warehouse the next day only for it to be closed and say that theyre only open between 4:30 and 5:30. Continuous disappointment. I am so done with UPS here in silver City. Worst courier service hands down. I do not recommend to anyone.
