As of January 2018, New Vistas is making a lot of progress, working collaboratively, and meeting better standards through the Family Intervention Program including the Independent Living department. Services are provided for free if your infant/child qualifies. Learn more by contacting them. I would never rely on out dated ratings LOL There are lots of compassionate people working in this field and giving back to the community. My daughter has turned into a miracle because of their support and advocacy.
