This place has been a God send! The staff have taken exceptional care of my mother. It has such a warm, welcoming home-like feel. My family and I are so appreciative of the care our mother is receiving!!

Mi Casa Bonita is Santa Fe's best kept secret for elderly. It's a home filled with love in such a difficult period for families. The management and staff have been so kind and compassionate with my 94 year old mother. Homemade food, assistance with eating and never giving up, her grooming and bathroom needs are always attended to. Never urine smells or neglect. I've gotten to know the families of the other residents and they too have been like family. I thank God for each and every person who works there. Angels I say. They work to make every patient feel special.

My friend passed away there after 10 days. Upon her admission, we paid $6,000.00. $1,000.00 was a non refundable administrative fee. ,we were supposed to be refunded the other 20 days worth. They did refund us over 60 days later (their refund policy states 30 days) with a check that bounced. Victoria did not return calls from myself or our atty. She finally returned a call to my Atty and set up a payment plan to pay back the refund. She never made one payment. I have been unable to get my friend's ashes from the funeral homes as the refund was supposed to pay for that. During my friend's time there her medications were mixed up on several occasions. On the day she died, her gold and diamond earrings were stolen right from her ears as she was dying. They were supposed to be checking in all guests which they did not do. If you love someone, DO NOT SEND them here.
