I'm very sorry to say my experience with this nursing home was disappointment. it's sad when a sick and dying woman is drained of all her funds in her bank, sadly passes away a week later. When I asked for the amount she was over charged for her stay there. I was completely ignored. My calls were never answered or returned.They, the staff and owner refused us any contact at all. Because of that greed knowing we're from another state, made it difficult for us to have the cremation done. I'm just thankful for wonderful people such as Patrick at Presbyterian hospice, helped us get through our time of need. Unfortunately for others the interest was my mother's bank account, and not the safety and wellbeing of my loved one, my mother. oh well, my mother has moved on to a better place, but karma always has away of fixing things! to my attorney, and good people of New Mexico, thank you.
