The only good thing about soaring heights is the maintenance team. I've never had any issues with them. You will have issues with the office at some point. If its not about you somehow owing them money after you were told you'll get a refund it will be some other underhanded effort on their part. I would highly recommend living off base if you can. The convenience of living on base is not worth it. At one point my home was broken into and I asked for a deadbolt to be put in. I was then told that I would have to pay for the lock and install it myself then I would have to pay fort he door when I left. They have since fixed the deadbolt issue on base but these are the people you will be dealing with.

We had to call 24 hour maintenance to come out and fix a running water/flooding issue in our house. Julio came to save the day for us and he fixed it right up! He was very quick and incredibly friendly, and got the job done well. Thank you, Julio! We love Soaring Heights and all of their staff so far, and we have had no negative experiences with any of them at all. We are relieved to know that we are able to call for any emergency maintenance if there are any further problems. Also, the offer to have a cleaning crew come help us with the water is great. Luckily, the aftermath wasnt too horrible, but we definitely appreciate the option! Keep up the great work Soaring Heights team!

Absolutely terrible place to live. Houses are old and decaying. Stray cats run around and the office refuses to do anything about it. Horrible communication between staff and tenants. Prices will vary between same rank individuals and in the exact same floor plan and the office won't be able to explain why. I am paying $250 out of pocket for this awful place! GO OFF BASE!Management claims they have resolution with my dispute but have not even contacted me. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional to claim to have fixed my issues without even contacting the tenant!
