Good Samaritan Society-Grants

I've been calling the place ever since 9am this morning. Wanted to find out about my father well being but whoever is answering my calls, keeps hanging up on me. I'm very disappointed in this place. If i was to go there. I would see these nurses just hanging out behind the desk. How's my FATHER doing!!!!

You have very unprofessional staff working at the grants Good Samaritan facility. The employees are rude and dismissive, the infection control isnt even being contained. You have HIPPA VIOLATIONS and you have conflict of interest. Employees hiring family or particularly hiring their children under 18 to work at the facility. By passing actual people who have credentials appropriate for that. Not only , your staff are inappropriate and hateful on social media(Facebook) its embarrassing and concerning to see that half your administration and under workers proudly display inappropriate behavior on social media. Show casing alcohol and drug use, violence and childish behavior. If our community see this? I doubt they would be secure and reassured that their loved ones are being taken care of correctly. There are pictures of your staff acting inappropriately. I have half a mind to report this to state. This is getting or of hand, action needs to be taken.

Since getting here, I have been impressed with the staff. Good Samaritan Society Grants is full of family orientated and loving individuals who truly care for the residents we are taking care of here. and I am honored to work for Good Samaritan Grants at this beautiful facility in this wonderful city of Grants.

The staff at Good Samaritan of Grants are caring and very knowledgeable. They treat their residents like family with much love and dignity. May God bless their mission

Out with the old in with the new very caring people n staff all new staff very certified and caring always a answer and open ears hard workers etc. Highly staffed n great team(team work between all departments to work together ) God bless everyone!!!
