For a long Term Patient, I will recommend this place because the CNA's are not Careless & Beautiful. The OT & PT are always helping there patient in a good manner. The Genesis Facilities in Albuquerque is the Worst Place because the workers are just about the money and not pay close attention to there patients.

I've had the pleasure of getting to know the Administrator on a personal level. The passion for both her patients and team shines in everything she does. As family members, it's hard to deal with the guilt of not being able to care for our family the way we used to, but knowing the heart of the people here, we can know they are still with 'family'. Thank you San Juan for your hard work and dedication to the wonderful ministry and care you provide!

Terrible place!!! There are so many reasons why one should not put their loved one in here. -For one, the parking is completely aweful! Staff should park elsewhere instead of where the visitors park. I have driven circles around and around just to find a spot and see staff parking right in front of the facility! That is pure lazy to me, we as guests are there to see family members not spend 10 minutes trying to find parking.-Two, the CNA's are so unprofessional, I see them giggling and walking in partners around the facility clearly ignoring clients. I even herd one talking bad about another! I don't think that they understand that we can hear them.-Three, I feel like my grandmother is just another number to them. All they care about is getting their money which I somewhat understand but my grandmother is there to rehabilitate and get better not be treated like another rock in the pile....I am not happy at all with the level of unprofessional people in there.

The Staff at the Farmington Genesis has been great! We've worked with them in reference to community outreach and they have been very informative especially Ms. Daisy Deswood. I have several community members who have been or are current residence of this facility and they have been well cared for.

Great place, friendly staff, very helpful, and they are even working on making the place look better than ever! If I ever have to be in a nursing home, this is where I want to be.
