I give this place 4 thumbs down. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone seeking care. A family member of mine was placed in this facility for physical rehabilitation therapy and it was a joke. Very disappointed with their physical therapy team as they didn't know what they were doing. I caution anyone placing a family member in this facility to think twice. Also, their administration team was unprofessional and most of the staff were on their cell phones instead of tending to patients. I question who runs this place as he or she was nowhere to be found when concerns needed to be addressed.

I was a resident of the retirement ranch until today 03/10/2020. The staff was excellent they never complained about how many times I pushed the button. I also have to put not only a good word, but a Fantastic word . If it wasn't for Bianca,Joyce,Lee-Anna they gave me a reason to get up and and go. Oh yeah I didn't mean to forget Jeffrey and Candy. Fantastic staff, caring, helpful, and person based care. The staff goes above and beyond to provide a home-like environment to every resident every time. Clean and fresh, this facility is the best in Clovis!
