This place is okay but not worth the price. We put my grandpa here because he had brain cancer. We told everyone reaptedly that he was a fall risk. Thought for $5,000 dollars they would pay attentions to things like that. Should of had a fall alarm the whole time but they waited until he actually fell to put him one. Called back a week later to see if we could get any of our money refunded and John said no. That's fine and all but he didn't even say sorry for our loss or show any type of empathy over my family just losing a loved one. Me and my family generally loved the nurses which is why I'm giving two stars. Specifically the male nurse who was there when he passed away. Anyways my grandpa needed up falling and passing away two days later. We where excited for the holidays with him but didn't get that opportunity. Just disappointed in the lack of empathy on Johns part.
