We have lived in another 55+ community in MA that was not gated. The quality of the homes here is much better, the maintenance is first class, plantings are excellent and set the scene for a beautiful experience, HOA fees are reasonable, probably the only reason for the 4 stars instead of the 5 stars the location deserves is the open front gate and uncontrolled entrance. It would be better if the gate was closed and entrance controlled for our enhanced safety. We love our home and it fits our needs very well. Looking at other homes in nearby areas you can see the difference.

Ended up buying at Jubilee in Los Lunas instead of Mirehaven. It was a toss up at the time. So wish now we would have bought at Mirehaven. Much more polished and professional with Del Webb, plus DW offers way more in amenities in their homes than what Jubilee does. J has really cut down on the quality that they are building now. Much wiser to buy an existing home at Jubilee than to build new.

The receptionist was very polite and helpful. The salesperson, Sue, was also polite and helpful. We were disappointed that there was not a model of the floor plan we came to see. We decided not to take a tour of the community since there wasnt a model. The salesperson, Sue, has one of the floor plan that we were interested in being built and will call when it is ready to show.

Closed on our new Pulte Dell Webb home at Mirehaven this week. Excited with quality of our new home and amenities available to us in future. After one year in our Del Webb home, we remain very pleased with the quality of our home, amenities of the community and most of our neighbors. Very pleased we located and decided on Del Webb Mirehaven.
