I was only an employee for a day,I felt like I was bullied by the owner and one person is supposed to care for 10 residents, and cook, clean, pass out daily meds, the food is terrible in my opinion, and the house smells like urine.

I worked for more than a decade as an elder care case manager and had many wonderful experiences with the care of my clients and others! The direct care staff are held to the highest standards of care for the elders, the home is clean and cheerful, active yet peaceful! The clients always shown the utmost respect! When it became time for my father to move from more independent housing, due to advanced dementia, I chose Constance House for him, to live the remainder of his life! I couldnt be more happy with the loving attention he recieved and I recieved as a daughter and professional! Ms Dimperio is very skillful and full of understanding and compassion!!

There is no one I would trust my senior loved ones with more than being in the care of Rhonda Dimperio and her staff at Prime Care Living. Her heart, skills, compassion, and attention to her patients exude the realm of excellence. She cares deeply about all of her patients. She has the energy and profound understanding and empathy to uplift her patients/clients spirits in such a way that they never lose sight of how very special and important they are regardless of their age or physical condition. I am honored to know this woman. I admire, among many of her altruistic qualities, her compassionate heart and her tenacity to do the 'right thing' for others as a first and foremost intention. Rhonda accepts giving nothing less than the best of care and loving environment for her patients. She is truly a model for excellence in the assisted living industry.

From a employees point of view this place is the last place I would put anyone I love. The owner is a bully to staff as well as the family. This place is just too much drama and very dysfunctional. Thats why this place is always going through staff. Dont waste your time with this one!

My initial impressions of this facility was that it was a 'homely' and 'quaint' facility and a possible good choice for Dad. However, the move in process has been challenging, not because of the staff (they are great), or anything wrong with the facility, but primarily the owner. She seems to not have her focus on things that are going on and her staff will say something is correctly filled in when she says it is not and will expect you to drop everything to drive across the city because she only use outdated technology (faxes). There have been many times when the owner could have made this transition seamless and easy by just have a simple 'move-in' sheet that she checks off and presents to the new resident/family, but she doesn't like being organized, so the whole experience is total 'chaos' dealing with her. She could also just hire a part-time assistant manager to do the 'front-end' portion of her business. She really doesn't belong dealing with the family portion of the transition into her home and apparently has a reputation around town as 'my way, or the highway', which sadly, we didn't know about before signing the contract. Today, she got so upset with my inability to drop everything that she threatened to kick dad out TODAY in breach of our 30 day notice clause. I would give this business a 'one' star for its owner's total lack of professionalism in dealing with people but since the staff are great and facility was appropriate for Dad, I'm adding another star which I believe is very generous considering the primadonna at the front door. I will be filing my complaint with the state health division today...:-(After notifying owner of my complaint, she fired back with a 30 day notice to vacate. This too is a violation of state regulations, it is called 'retaliation' and is also against the law.
