Albuquerque Uptown Assisted Living

We have two of our cherished loved ones at Uptown. They love it there! We keep a close eye on care having worked in the medical field for a long time. I have to say that the staff is outstanding! They are all very attentive and respond to any feedback in the proper way. Especially the caregiver named Gene. She is a true blessing and is so loved by the residents! Food is good as the chef really does care. Even adjusts the meals on an individual basis (my elders are picky eaters). I highly recommend! Wonderful staff and owners! UPDATE: We still have our loved ones here, and they still love it. I still stand by this review today on 5/15/19. And for the disgruntled former employee who disputed this review, I'm still here and visit Uptown twice a week. Our loved ones are not blood related to each other. So your accusation of this review being fake is absolutely false. Keep up the good work Uptown!

I have been employed here for about a year I am the morning med tech as well as a caregiver The owners treat each and everyone of us with compassion .The staff that I work with is incredible very honorable, responsible and caring towards our residents I enjoyed working each and everyday with my staff the owners and my residents I wouldnt want to work anywhere else I have been employed by other facilities and out of all of them this is the best one because we are more like a family.

I am an employee here at ABQ uptown assisted living facility and I want to say that our staff is not ghetto and especially does not treat any resident horrible we have a strong staff and treat every resident like family ! Reviews that were posted above from previous employees who were fired are un true we have not had one complaint from any family members who have had family here . We hope you come in and see for yourself our wonderful our facility and staff are.
