Terrible customer service. My husband and I went in to the center to renew our membership and were told to come back because she ( the lady in the office) had computer work that needed to be completed. We returned the next day and completed our renewal. We were told to come back in 4 days to pick up new membership cards. We returned 2 weeks later to be told that our new cards were not ready and to come in a week. We paid $20.00 for membership and after a month of trying still do not have our cards. The young lady in the front office needs training in what it means to be professional and to provide good customer service.
