I had my father-in-law at Lincoln for rehab. He was there few times now through last 3 years. All those times he was there, I can easy say that he (and us) had a great experience. Staff loved him and they were very nice to all of us who came to see him. He was admitted there after he fell and broke his leg. Therapy people were very good at there job! He walked out from Lincoln with his walker. When he went there, he was not allowed to step on that leg at all for some time, but they kept working on his strength. Besides that, he was there when this all pandemic started and we all were very nervous because we kept watching on TV about all those poor people in all nursing home getting sick, BUT Lincoln up to this date havent had any of there patients sick!! They are doing great job on taking care of there patients and keeping them safe. Wile my father-in-law was there, we were getting constant updates from Lincoln about everything they are doing to keep patients safe. After all, I see how only people who dont like something write a review and I decided to write about our experience there as well. All of our family think that staff at Lincoln does an exceptional job!

My mom is there for long term care and throughout this whole pandemic we have received multiple updates daily on her care. Today I received a friendly call from one of the administrators, to tell me that after checking all patients for Covid 19 everyone came back negative. I live in New York and to receive a daily phone call throughout this pandemic has given me such peace of mind that my mom is safe and healthy. When I talk to her on video chat or on phone she always sounds and looks happy, content, and very well taken cared of! THANK YOU TO THE WONDERFUL STAFF FOR TAKING CARE OF MY MOM SO WELL!

My down syndrome brother went in for a temporary stay able to walk and feed himself. In three months he lost ability to do both sitting in a wheel chair all day and being fed. He became severely dehydrated and incurred irreversible brain damage while there was sent to hospital by him self for not being responsive and died a week and a half later. I am so sorry he was at Lincoln. If do not recommend having a loved one admitted there. Alarm bells should sound if your loved one becomes very sleepy and lethargic.

My mother has been in this facility for almost 2 weeks and today I just found out that she has had no hot water to take a shower, when I asked the administrator named Steven which I have photos of him being very ignorant to me he could not give me an answer went in his office and shut the door in my face,. I was just beside myself alarmed and very worried about my mother I instantly called 911 the Board of Health and everybody else possible ! God Help Me !
