So sad..... just wish they would deal with the pervasive thievery. Residents are fearful. Is this a form of elder abuse? Obviously the employees are not vetted properly. No security cameras...really? If you send your loved one here, take out insurance, get a bolted down safe, or dont have anything valuable in the unit.

I loved my experience with the Shores. My dad was very happy there and the staff were wonderful. They were very quick to attend to his needs. They were very pleasant, always addressed him by name and went out of their way to make him welcome and comfortable.
