Every facility has its issues, from management to miscommunication to services. I have had very few issues with the whole team. It is mostly miscommunication and, if you stay on top of it, most everything is fixable. It is hard, often thankless, work taking care of the elderly and I commend everyone who works here for doing their best, especially during the Covid challenge. Thanks, Sunrise!

This facility does not deserve a star the first day was very nice the next 4 days were a nightmare!! I was so stressed out from being yelled at and reprimanded (while in training) & the staff were rude and argumentative!! I resigned after just one week!! I only gave it 1 star because it wont allow you to post, without one!!
