My mom has been residing at The Heritage for 6 months. The staff of this family owned assisted living is very welcoming and friendly. It is well maintained and very clean. She has plenty of space in her shared room. Everyone is very understanding of my moms dementia while living amongst the residents. If I call with a question or concern, they are there to discuss and try to work out the matter at hand. They have many activities, she loves playing bingo! I visit her often and she seems to be very happy! I feel confident in between visits that she is in a safe and caring environment. Thank you to everyone who looks out for my mom!

My mom has been at Heritage for quite some time and has required more care most recently. The staff transitioned immediately with her care plan, and overseeing her safety, while continuing to extend warmth and respect for her. I receive updates often whether during my frequent visits or by phone. From my experiences, the staff is always willing to help.

saw the reviews that looked bad, I called them up on FireRTC (cuz Im Australian) They literally picked up the phone, heard background for about 1 second and then the call ended... WTF

My mother stays at Heritage Assisted Living. It is a great place. The staff, management and owner are kind and caring people. The place is clean and nice and I would highly recommend this facility.
