We were so happy to have found this establishment for our friend with early onset of Alzheimers. From our first meeting it was like family we knew we had found our answer. The staff is warm and caring. They go beyond the expected care. We were blessed to have formed bonds with staff administration and residents. This is a jewel in the rough. VERY AFFORDABLE. The administration works with you completely. We cant praise themEnough

Although our loved one needed more care than they could provide the owner gave us a tour. The building is old but being gradually renovated. Reminded me of a country B&B Despite this it was very clean, especially the kitchen. Employees have been there a long time and I saw them interact with residents In a positive and personal manner. I would like to be there when my time comes.

My mother is a resident at Hunterdon Hills and they have gone above and beyond to accommodate her and my family. When my mother required additional assistance, they helped me arrange it with their staff so my mother would be familiar and feel more comfortable with the caretakers. They treat my mother like family rather than a resident. My family and I love the staff and consider them family. The staff check on her consistently and make sure all her needs are met. They are in contact with me by phone or through emails to keep me updated. I visit often and always find my mother well cared for and content.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR FAMILY OR FRIENDS IN THIS DUMP!!! They don't feed these people meals They will not spend money on sheet, blankets or daily living supplies, They have 1 person on over nights and is not a cna They do not like it if a resident goes into the hospital because they loose to much money So at all cost to the residents health they will wait until it becomes a life threatening to the resident first. They also go by other names so it can be listed with state as a GROUP home.
