The Residence at Salem Woods

AMAZING and compassionate staff - the administration, wellness, engagement, and facilities management all sincerely care for the residents at Salem Woods. My parents have been in assisted/independent living for several months and they and our family are super pleased. The onboarding was extremely smooth, there's activities everyday for residents, meals are delicious and the residence itself is gorgeous. We researched for a year before making the decision and are glad we went with Salem Woods. They are like an extended family to us.Additional comments 1 year later:The team at The Residences @ Salem Woods, Salem NH gets a 10 out of 10 from my family. Moving ones parents to any type of assisted living is a process: you have to do deep research and visit residences to make sure that its the right facility who will take care of your loved ones. I was looking for a high quality place which included the following: Executive Leadership Culinary Engagement, activities etc Nursing Care Facilities Management Hiring practices Condition of the building and apartmentsSalem Woods ticked off all of the above and more. My parents are on year 3 @ Salem Woods, and it truly feels like home to them. From the staff to the home itself (clean, bright and cheery) we couldn't be more pleased! And we are extremely grateful to have them in a place where the staff genuinely cares about their residents every day. Success of any facility starts at the corporate level, however its how each facility executes that makes or breaks how your loved ones are cared for. Now after the 2nd full year I can say our decision to select Residence @ Salem Woods was an excellent decision. I would highly recommend Salem Woods!

We can't say enough great things about Salem Woods! We needed to move my Mom into an apartment in a quick timeframe and they were so accommodating! Everyone was and is so helpful and nice assisting us through this transition. It was great move for Mom and we are super happy with Salem Woods!
