I think that for the most part my parents get good medical care and assistance here. That being said, it seems when some kind of an issue does come up getting people to return phone calls and messages is difficult. I live out of state and it's very important to get appropriate information in a timely fashion from both medical and business people here and that just does not happen the way it needs to.
