Management is unfair and is not customer friendly, the owner does not care about the tenants if he did he would call and negotiate. The place may seem nice but the people who run it are inconsiderate rude and only care about themselves there is no initiative for customer satisfaction or communication among management the lady or manager on site is rude not helpful and does not communicate properly standards or regulations of the property just gives you false hopes and wants to cover it up later with an excuse of a somewhat policy from the owner and the owner does not care enough about a property to answer or return calls two potential tenants or residency members

So, I didn't want the only Google review be a negative one. I've been working on the road for the past year and during my last trip through Tonopah I came across this property. Although I won't be moving in for another two days my experience with its management was fine. My application was processed within two days and my calls were returned promptly. I will update this review once I move in.

The manager is pretty good with maintaining the rooms and property, Shes also really good at staying on top of things with any requests or concerns. I really enjoyed staying here for work . You cant beat the price too.
