Prior to moving to the Association and committing to purchasing a home in the association, we did our research. We read the DOR's and the COA rules. We made the educated decision to raise our family in Spring Creek. The dues and rules are completely reasonable; and since Jessie has been in office, they are making a change for the better with roads, as well as tackling internet and water issues. Things are improving. While change is scary for some, the only constant in life is Change. This is a great community and all should be encouraged to get out and engage with those in the office, sit with Jessie and see the actual facts, not the rumors. Learn who your neighbors are; the ones fighting for your water rates, better internet services, and bringing in family oriented events to Spring Creek.

You better hope that your neighbors want to comply with the rules, because my short and lousey experience proved that the rules only apply to you if you choose to follow them. Typical response to the violations of their own CC&RS (the SCA) is 'call the cops'. Who have done and will continue to do nothing!!!!
