Brookdale Sparks as a perfect resort-style home setting for your loved one who needs to benefit from being around other friends, enjoy all-day dining from the top notch dining room, not have to worry about housekeeping, maintenance or anything else. Lillie and her team at Brookdale are wonderful and truly love and care for every single resident there. Highly recommend Brookdale Sparks for you or your loved one who may be searching for an independent living community!

Brookdale Sparks is a fantastic independent living community where residents can truly feel at home! Ive been working with Amanda & Lillie and the staff at Brookdale Sparks for almost a year and they are great!! Its a special place that the elderly can live and know that they are surrounded by support, activities, mental stimulation and meals and cleaning provided all while staying independent. Call and schedule a tour and be amazed at how homey it feels!

I've been meaning to write a review on this place, due to a very unique perspective. I lived here for 3.5 weeks with my grandmother. Until today I had nothing but glowing feedback. People are happy here. I'd put happy in italics if I could. I couldn't help but smile when running into residents in the hallways and lobbies. Everyone is genuinely kind! There isn't a staff member that doesn't wear their heart on their sleeve. They all genuinely care for the residents. I wouldn't give the food an A plus, but my grandmother was a fan, and that's what counts. Before my grandmother moved out of here (she needed some additional care), everyone insisted we come back for the parties and game nights and concerts. I stopped to check in with Lilly, the manager to verify which activities would be okay to attend. She asked me not to overdo it, so we don't upset the paying residents, but we were welcome to visit anytime. I asked her to check if she could work out a deal where we could pay for some of the exercise classes. There are very few things my grandmother enjoys, and i want to do everything i can for her. I didn't hear from Lilly for a few days, but today I received a phone call from her and her tone had changed. We received a very cold boot in the ass and we are not welcome back for anything, not even a visit unless a current resident specifically invites her. Lilly wants to honor the paying residents. I'm not sure if we did something wrong? Maybe she thinks I'm trying to dump off my grandmother. In my opinion, treating recent residents as outcasts is more isolating for current residents. Shouldn't the manager be trying to create a community within Brookdale and within Sparks? All the people we'd promised we'd return for game night won't get to see us. And you should see how happy it made my grandmother.
