Had to leave with my pet when I found out they were going to be spraying for bed bugs! Some employees very nice, admin ones mean.

Most of the staff is pretty nice, meals good, and the room is comfortable. But the director is mean to the residents. They're only concerned about getting their money for the rent. They just gave me a bill that is totally out of line, way over what I should be paying. I don't know why they have such a high rating, but they aren't getting one from me. The review by Cameron is from one of the directors of this place and shouldn't be on here.

I visited Reno Valley almost one year ago and again last month. When I walked into the community I felt like I was walking into another building. The overall improved feel and appearance of the community was remarkable. The upbeat attitude of the administration and staff was great to see. Way to go Reno Valley Team.
