Lived here for a year. The place was close to UNR but just driving out of the place was horrible with students crossing the road every second. There's construction right next to the apartment sleeping till 10 am was nearly impossible unless you went to a hotel down the street. They do have maintenance check up where the guys will leave the door wide open all day for convenience, if you're lucky and the inspection lands on the day you're off you get to close your own door without worry that your belogings will go missing. Towards the end of my lease in June (my lease was up at the end of July) I was mislead that I could turn in my keys early by July 1st since they could get a tenant to move in by then and I wouldn't be charge for July rent, so I decided to turn in my keys on June 24th. Turns out the tenant didn't move in till July 11th, and I was charged for those 11 days I wasn't there. When I asked about the charges the apartment rep claim they don't have any knowledge of who told me that I wouldn't be charge for July rent and instead still went by the lease agreement of staying till the end of July. So I was charge for almost 3 weeks of rent even though I wasn't there. My recommendation is to avoid this place, and if you already live here and want to move out early get paper statement from the apartment rep that you can leave early without penalty if that's what they're telling you.

Awful experience living here. The property manager and the employees with regards to answering your questions and taking care of the property will take forever and a half to respond to any of your inquiries but theyll take no time in sending people fines and notices for anything possible. They advertise as having high speed internet but you cant even watch hbo or play video games online on an older generation console cause its that bad. The living space is unbelievably small for how much they are charging and you on top of that have to share a kitchen with three other people whom youll never know who you get. Its also a property where the tenant is always in the wrong somehow even if you voice a concern. Its always going to be Im sorry but we cant do anything about that type of a response to any of your questions. Theyll also send in maintenance people at literally 7 or 7:30 in the morning to the kitchen without giving you any sort of notice and have them make the most obscene amount of noise while you are trying to sleep. Sending in maintenance people also means that you wont have a kitchen for at least 2 days. The only reason to stay here is the proximity to the university and thats it.

I like living here, It is close to UNR's campus and I don't have to pay for parking. Rent is very reasonable, and the office has our kitchen professionally cleaned once a month. The ladies in the office are very helpful and nice.

I've lived here for 2 years now, I've come to the conclusion that Lev is a very great place to live. The managers Kaitlin and Samantha, although Samantha is relatively new they are goth great. They always have smiles on their faces and are very helpful, and have made living here very nice. They both always take care of any issues I have had here in a timely matter. The unit is wonderful and the upgraded kitchens have been really nice. I am so glad they got rid of the carpet in the kitchen. Thank you for being a wonderful place to live.
