Our visit to Sun City this past weekend was terrific! Diane greeted us as we entered the sales office and gave us a quick rundown of the community and what it had to offer. She provided information regarding the history of the housing tract and what they have planned for the next several years. Zac was our sales consultant and was able to answer specific questions regarding amenities and design options, and even provided us with an itemized list of estimated costs. He even took us to see specific lots that the builders were currently working on. Thanks Diane and Zac!

We are exploring retirement opportunities in Nevada, we looked at properties in Henderson, Summerlin, and Mesquite, we chose Mesquite and chose Sun City by Del Webb, we worked with an agent from ERA, Pam Gates, who introduced us to Tanya Smith of Sun City Mesquite by Del Webb, what a pleasurable experience with these two ladies, on point, professional, and very organized, managing our time effectively and productively. We purchased a home and are very happy with our purchase. As in every major transaction some minor unexpected things needing attention surfaced, the important thing for us was the focus and attention we received from Tanya, and Daryl the field manager of Del Webb in getting all of that done for us. We endorse the company and the people I mentioned here, this company is a pleasure to work with.

We just passed our one year milestone at Sun City Mesquite. It has been a wonderful experience and exceeded our hopes for having a second home for the winter. The house is perfect for our needs, the community is very welcoming and the service and support has been great. We are very happy we chose Sun City in Mesquite.
