Villa Court Assisted Living & Memory Care

My mother lives in the memory care unit and it's absolutely amazing staff is warm and friendly. Morning med Tech is absolutely wonderful Very loving and caring, any questions I have or concerns she takes care of right away. Everybody that I have came in contact with is very friendly and patient With the residents. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anybody looking for a memory care or an assisted living.

Villa Court is a wonderful community!! Great, compassionate staff all around! We are very thankful for Villa Court team and for all that theyve done since theyve taken over this community!! The culture is great and they really care about each other and that resonates in the way they take care of their residents!!

Do not send your loved ones here!! I have many complaints- please read the whole review!Just recently they have made many cut backs: giving half portions of all meals, making residents pay for their own toilet paper and garbage bags, as well multiple rent increases and many other changes. They also have hardly any activites for residents to do! They DO have daily happy hour however... which is inappropriate that it's a DAILY occurence, the only other activity they do is bingo. Sounds like a blast huh? I bet the activity director has a very busy schedule. The staff is rude and gossipy. Samantha is rude, cold, has no compassion and doesnt mind nickle and diming all the residents who already pay too much for their rent. Almost $3000/mo for 1 room, half portion meals, and nothing to do to occupy their time... does that seem fair?A LOT of residents have left in the last couple months because they are absolutely miserable here. Again, DO NOT live/send anyone to live here!!
