I can not say enough wonderful things about Pacifica San Martin! When my family and I had to come to the very difficult decision of moving our parents from the home that they lived in for almost 60 into an assisted living community, we were heartbroken to say the least. After visiting many other communities we found San Martin. What a blessing everyone was. The staff was welcoming and made us and our parents feel so comfortable with the move. My parents absolutely love the community and all their new friends! Thank you to everyone that made our family feel like your family. High praises to Pacifica San Martin Senior Living!!!!!!

My step father's experience was wonderful. Everyone that he encountered was very caring and extremely attentive. However, upon his departure from the facility he was assured of an payment refund as we was not a resident for the full month of March. It is now June 1st and he has not received any type of refund. I spoke with Amy on several occasions and was given the 'excuse' that due to the COVID 19 the corporate staff operations were minimized. This has been 10 weeks! Amy, also, was quite callous in each of the times I spoke with her and she, on numerous occasions referred to me step father as a 'vendor'. The corporate office has yet to respond to any of my messages. I am positive that Pacifica would not tolerate at resident delaying their payment for 10 weeks. Great personnel, substandard management.

On 04/13/2020 you gave us this review: 5.0 /5My mother moved to Pacifica San Martin in JAN 2019. She had moderate dementia and was uncertain about the move. She quickly found one of her oldest friends was also living here. It took no time at all for her to begin socializing, dancing, doing art work and just enjoying her life. During that year her dementia got progressively worse but that was no problem, the excellent staff knew her and made her feel at ease and happy. She loved her spacious apartment where she lived with her dog, who was as friendly as she was. In March 2020 she fell and broke her femur. Luckily there is a great hospital right next to Pacifica. After her surgery she deteriorated rapidly and moved into memory care. The nursing staff made her comfortable allowing my mom to pass into the next life gracefully and with dignity. I have a very special place in my heart for the staff at Pacifica who helped to make my mom's final year one of the best in her life. Mom was a few days short of 94.

Big mistake placing my mom here. If this the 'Best of Las Vegas,' then you should move to a different city. My Mom died after her Med Tech did not report that my mom was week, mumbling, and behaving strangely. She should have gone to the hospital. Instead, she was left there to die alone. Every interaction I had with the Med Techs, Nurse Practitioner, and Memory Care nurse was horrible. I made numerous phone calls, sent text messages, and spoke with the Med Techs and nurses, and after two months, and no one listened to my concerns until my mom had to be hospitalized because she had not had enough to eat and drink. No one was checking to see if she was eating or drinking, and I took her to the ER on New Year's Day. If you care about your loved one, don't place them at Pacifica San Martin. A co-worker of mine had her grandmother here and said that when her grandmother pressed the call button, no one came to check on her. If I had listened to her, my mom might have made to the hospital for the care she needed. When management reads this, all I want is an explanation of how my mom died. I have left 5 messages for the doctor about my mom's cause of death, and he has not returned my phone calls. I need to know what my mom died of. Every family member deserves to know that.
