Atmosphere very happy, very clean, organized, lots to do there for our loved ones. I loved they have a dog Josie (think her name is right) there that greets you when you come in. I really love the outdoor garden each person they can create there own fruit or veggie growing. Yes its a bit pricey and to move in, its way over board.Thanks,Tena
