ELDERLY ABUSE! UNPROFESSIONAL! I used to be a caregiver at this place. DO NOT send your family here. It is very unsanitary and they have housekeepers being caregivers along with multiple staff doing other jobs because people are always quitting. They show favoritism and you only get overtime if you work 41 hours or more instead of just 40 hrs. They also share your personal information with the staff rather that be you quitting or something else that is not supposed be shared. There are only 2 housekeepers for about 40 residents, which means loads of rooms are not being clean. Not only that, they do not give enough food to the residents in memory care and they don't allow them to watch what they want on T.V. For those who want to work here you should not because every single one of the higher ups (management) are unprofessional and they will cheat you outta your money for overtime. LOADS of people come in go from this place regarding the staff. The longest staff member they have has been there for ten years besides that people only stay for about 3-4 months before quitting due to the management. They had around 11 PEOPLE quit due to not getting their money on-time or because their check was short, which caused for a whole new staff. The higher ups( management) only care about doing their jobs correctly when state is involved. They have not paid me my money yet for working there. Also make sure that if you do work there you pay close attention to your pay check because mostly likely your check is short. Overall, this place needs to be shut down and never rebuilt. Everyone in HR needs to be fired. This place barely has housekeepers and they make the caregivers do housekeeping which is not in their job description. They don't check vitals at all so you never really know if they resident is truly okay. this place is known for elderly abuse. Please don't waste your time coming here or working here.

This company is cheating their employees out of holiday pay HR stated ' holiday pay doesn't start until 2pm on said holiday' which is a LABOR NO NO...i will report you guys to the Labor commissioner.
