I thought it impossible to get worse, I was wrong. Last week I was told by two people in management I couldnt get prescription written by my md because the one for last year had run out. That was the purpose Of going to the clinic in the first place. It seems the last six months it has gotten worse. Ive waited as long as 21 days to have a prescription called to pharmacy. Whats scary is they are never wrong, and choose to fight you.

I love audrey. All though she is leaving in the end of may. She is always helpful and is very funny. She always lightens the mood and makes you feel better about things.
