The staff at Parsons House is friendly and professional. I am impressed with the tenure of their staff. Their life enrichment person has worked there for over 15 years. She knows everyones name and what activities her residents enjoy doing. When visiting Parsons House with their sales person, Heidi, she not only shows you the community but also introduces you to her staff and residents. You can sense the family focused community when you visit Parsons House.
