Sure looks like a lot less that 5 stars to me ... Like it says they are in their ads.Ok Executive Director, I'll tell you why I gave you this rating. When I've called, on numerous occasions, the receptionist is grumpy and unenthusiastic. She doesn't really seem to be into her job very much. First impressions are everything! My mom is there, my dad too. They tell me their stories and experiences there. The place might 'look' nice but the actual care isn't all that great. Especially considering how much money my folks actually wind up spending to live there. Just ripping off senior citizens taking every last dime they have.

Employees are wonderful to work with but the heads need to appreciate what we all do there just like the residents they always thank us for our work
