This is not a review of the facility itself, but I'm not impressed with their administrative skills. Three times in the past year I've requested in writing to be removed from their mailing list but have continued to receive regular flyers; in fact, they seem to be coming more frequently. Maybe they are saving all their time and effort for client care but it doesn't speak well of such a facility to be unable or unwilling to comply with a polite request that would save them paper and postage and me the inconvenience of mail I don't need or want.

My mom has lived in Fallbrook for about a year and a half now. She loves it and so do we. Staff is helpful, caring and friendly. Would recommend for all. Big thumbs up!!

Thank you to the amazing, helpful, and professional staff. Meeting and visiting with so many wonderful and happy residents has brought so much joy and comfort to my heart. Im beyond grateful knowing how many people at Fallbrook volunteering, living, or working take pride, love, and dignity to help everyone they encounter. This is such a elegant, cheerful, clean, caring, safe, and fun place to what many call home.
