Home Instead has been an answered prayer for my husband and I. He has Parkinson's with some dementia. We had another Agency that could not keep 'consistent' care. This was not only frustrating for my husband but for me as well. We never knew who was going to show up. That is not the case with Home Instead. They are professionals. They communicate with you not only by phone and computer but in person! You know who will be in your home 'before' they are scheduled! They do their best to align personalities. My husband seems to thrive with the care he receives from Home Instead. Not too long ago my husband wanted his care person to bath him instead of me. Music to my ears!!!
