Silver Ridge Memory Care Facility was a blessing for our family. From the time of admission to the final days of our loved one, we had a facility and staff who were nothing short of amazing. The devotion of the staff was truly heart warming.

This is by far the worst family Owned company you will find . There nothing but rasicst individuals . There supervisors are horrible and they switch up every few months or so. The supervisors never engage with residents. The staff act as if they love the residents but there mistreating them all along. The workers over work there selves so they handle your loved one off of anger , this place is filthy . They have so many unexplained deaths going on . The managers don't care about hard workers they hire and fire individuals every day . They don't drug test majority of the workers are on drugs . I wouldn't recommend this place to any one . All the workers care about is putting a resident into bed so they don't have to be bothered with them. Please keep your family member away from this place !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've worked here, and about to go back. The relationships built between staff and residents is amazing! I can't wait to be back!!

Lisa and her staff do a great service for their residents. SilverRidge is locally, family owned which provides a much different environment than many other assisted living communities. I know Lisa very well, she cares deeply for the residents that reside there. Their room rates are affordable and you get all of the amenities needed to live a fulfilling, active lifestyle. I take clients of mine to Lisa because I know they will be happy and get great service while living at SilverRidge!

I cannot begin to explain how amazing of a place SilverRidge is. The staff is beyond friendly, caring, and compassionate. And what I love most about SilverRidge is the fact that they are family owned. There's a big difference when you go to a franchise/corporate place versus family owned. From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave, you can tell that you're with people that care. My grandmother has been going through some tough spots and recently just moved into SilverRidge from an Independent Living Center. It could not have been a smoother transition. Lisa and her staff were there to offer a helping hand the entire time, not to mention the knowledge and passion they have there for the elderly. It puts me and my family at peace knowing that she's in such good hands.
