Lisa at Primrose is amazing. When my grandmother was very emotional and resistant when the doctor told her she needs a higher level of care than living on her own in a home with stairs, Lisa worked with us immediately. She said all the right things and did all the right things to put grandma more than at ease. And after reviewing several similar facilities in GI we realized that Primrose is the Cadillac version of assisted/independent living. Their physical facility is beautiful and we'll maintained, the staff is exceptionally friendly, and everything included in the monthly fee is amazing. Including but not limited to an ice cream parlor, a pub, a Veteran's room, a beauty parlor....on and on. I would recommend to anyone to visit Lisa at Primrose and put your mind at ease that your loved one is getting through best care .

When I was looking for a retirement community for my mother, we looked at several in Grand Island. When we first entered Primrose I fell in love with it and knew it was the perfect place for mom. I can't say enough good things about the staff. Everyone of the caretakers were so nice, friendly and so helpful to my mom. I couldn't have asked for anything more. The marketing director Lisa Simonds went out of her way numerous times to help my mom and accommodate her needs. If I called and needed something done Lisa would not hesitate to make it happen. I would HIGHLY recommend Primrose retirement community to anyone and have already done so to numerous people. The actual environment and apartments are so beautiful and welcoming. If I lived in Nebraska and was old enough to go to a retirement community, Primrose would definitely be my choice.

Mom was in Primrose Assisted Living for about 3 years. I cannot say enough good things about the care she received while she was there. It was obvious that every member of the staff, from the executive director to the cleaning staff had the best interests of the residents foremost in their minds.The facility is beautiful, secure, safe, and spotlessly clean. There's no better place to be during a tornado. Fire standards are at the highest level. The food's really good. The location is pleasant and relaxing.Particular thanks to Tonya, Shelly, and the entire nursing staff for their work above and beyond. I would recommend Primrose to anyone looking for assisted living care.
