I have visited Shalimar during the Christmas holiday, when they have had music, speakers and bingo for those living there and for their friends from the surrounding community. I feel real at home there, the residents and staff are very friendly and helpful. I have never been in one of the apartments but I have found it to be very clean and homey.

I moved from Texas to Shalimar Garden a year ago not knowing anyone but it didnt take long to feel like a big family. Everyone there treats you with respect. The staff from the office to the medical to the kitchen and activity directors are great.. we have lots of fun activities and outings.I really enjoy living here.

My mother moved to Shalimar Gardens in Fremont, NE last fall. After some adjustments, she settled in very well. The administration and staff were always kind and respectful and truly seemed to enjoy my mother's company. Until she was hospitalized for her final illness last month, my mother was well cared for and happy. Thank you to everyone at Shalimar Gardens! Diane Paseka
