Richmont Village

I have been going to write a review for a very, very long time and I feel ashamed that it has taken me so long to do so. I cannot even begin to express the happiness and satisfaction my Mom and our family has knowing Mom is happy and well taken care of at Richmont Village Independent Living. I cannot say enough about all of the staff at Richmont. From Jennifer, to the Kitchen Staff, the Housekeeping Staff, the Maintenance Staff, the Personnel Staff, truly everyone that works there to the residents themselves, this is a truly wonderful place to live!! Through this pandemic, I am amazed at how great the care is that has been given to my Mom and the other residents. Wonderful meals, beautifully cleaned apartments and public areas, and lots of little 'extras' to try and keep morale up during this difficult pandemic. I just cannot even begin to say enough positive about everyone!! I am so thankful that we found Richmont. A sincere thank you to everyone from my Mom and myself. You're the BEST!

My friend and I had such a wonderful experience with Jennifer as we were looking for independent living places for him to live in. We worked with Jennifer and she was professional, always returned our phone calls in a timely manner, and made the whole experience fun. When my friend is ready to move into an independent living community, Richmont Village is definitely his first choice!

My mother has been a resident here for just over a year and has had nothing but positive things to say about her many experiences here. Recently, I've been visiting (several weeks while staying with her on the property) and can't begin to share the positive energy of ALL employees and the residents. The food is wonderful with an amazing staff that is so accommodating to the needs of each person. There are many activities to choose from that are either on campus or within the local area where transportation is provided. What I found to be most important is how much her privacy is respected yet immediate care and concern are given when a need arises. I couldn't be more a peace now that I am living out of state, knowing my mom lives in such a place. I give much thanks to the director, who's incredibly visible, knows her residents by name, and is highly respectful to ALL those she comes in contact with.
