This website is very deceiving. They do not like pets. I moved in being told I could use my emotional support dog. I used my dog one month and then when the operations manager was told she had to give back my deposit and could not charge me a monthly service for my dog things changed. I could not use my dog anymore. She was not allowed outside of my apartment unless to go outside. I was told not to talk to other residents about this. At the same time they were making a 90 year old couple move to first floor because they had a dog who had lived here five years This couple was very upset but were loosing weight because the food is so bad! There are no resident meetings because they do not want to hear the residents ideas because it is the operation managers way or no way. I have found a sad situation here where just live a sad life. People will not say anything because they do not have the money to move. This would be the last place I would put anyone. I am having to move once again. My health has went downhill since I moved here and it has been nothing but a battle and mistreatment. It is sad that people who have a disability can be treated so differently and mean. There are some very good residents here who got me thru what I had to get thru otherwise I do not know what I would have done. I was told when I moved in that they knew nothing about the Federal Housing Act or the Disability Act. To me that shows right there they do not care about us or a business that has been in business so long would know the laws that they are required to follow. I give this business no stars but can not post unless you give one.
