Great place

Truly awful phone etiquette from every staff member I have spoken with. Seems any question or request is the biggest inconvenience for any staff member. Seems as if the other reviews are just as awful. Highly recommend improving the quality of training for staff. This place is clearly not managed well and the staff seem to have extremely poor work ethic. Would never have made this a first choice for my grandmother, but her previous home closed without much notice and this was our only option. Really hope you guys get it together and that eventually I can change this review into something a little better. All these reviews are worse than mine, cant imagine what an awful environment this really must be. Toxic.

Not a good workplace

This place is NOT healthy it safe for people who need care. My mother was there less thant six months. Three times, her medication was not ordered on time. She constantly complained about the food and the way staff talked to residents and each other. Management staff lied to me on more than one occassoc. Then, my mother's room became infested with bedbugs. The management lied to my face about it. Then, they had the housekeeper spray her room and her FURNITURE with insecticide. I was on vacation, so I didn't realize that they weren't treating the problem, professionally. Two weeks later, bugs we're back! I went and got her out if there, the same day. Not one person even asked if she was ok, when I asked for her medication and said I was moving her out. I hate that place and the people who run it. As a retired human services professional, I am appalled by the way they are allowed to treat people. This facility should be shut down.

Garbage place with garbage staff and a garbage manager!! They abuse the elderly and don't take care of them.
