As a former employee the management is terrible to their employees, and to anyone who has an idea on how to improve the company. They have a 99% turnover rate For their employees and that speaks volumes in itself. Residents needs are constantly neglected because they refuse to help their aides and never have enough staff. Steer clear, I would never put a loved one here
