My three brothers and I decided a while ago that it was time to move our dear mother, Emma Joy, from assisted living to a memory care facility. We visited a number of facilities, but pretty much knew immediately that Spring Creek Inn (SCI) would be the best place for her. We could not have been more correct. We were initially concerned Mom might have adjustment problems, but there was no need for this concern; Mom very much liked SCI immediately and has continued to do so. The public space in the SCI building is brilliantly thought out in that the vast majority of residents are rarely in their rooms; they are out interacting with other residents and staff. But it really is the staff which is extraordinary. Their warmth and attention to the residents is truly amazing. My brothers and I rest easy when we're not visiting Mom, knowing that she is in a fantastic place with wonder people.

My father received quality care during his stay at Spring Creek Inn. As much as could be done, the Spring Creek Inn staff helped my Dad maintain his dignity during a very trying time.

We had our mom at spring creek in for about a week and that was enough to say it was not a good place. This was this past june. If your mom has dementia and has physical limitations this is not the place for her. I read what one of the folks said in and earlier review and the food is awful. White bread, process food, potato chips with 1/2 sandwich, no choices. Awful!! has to be worse than school food. There was not enough staff for the number of residents. At night it was limited staffing as well as nursing to dispense meds. They are not all nurses but nurses aides. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. One cleaning person at the time to do all rooms and common bathrooms. Common bathrooms were good. There are a lot of activities just maybe not all that your parent can participate in and all staff does not know residents or have been apprised as to what they are able to do. It is not a safe environment if your parent does not understand they can not get out of a chair alone. There is not enough supervision. In order to evaluate I would go at different times of the day, after 5 especially and see what is going on. I informed staff of all of this and hope some changes are in the works as it's not sanitary and was not always safe for a staff/resident ratio.

Our family has been very happy with Moms care at Spring Creek Inn. As anyone knows who is dealing with a loved one with memory loss, the experience is difficult. It was easy for us to choose Spring Creek Inn for several reasons. The facility is very welcoming, clean, tastefully decorated and the staff was friendly and helpful from the beginning. It was also very reassuring to us that they have an RN on duty twenty four hours a day. They are kind caring and compassionate in person and on the phone. I cant say enough good things about the staff from the directors, front office, RNs, CNAs, laundry, dining facilities and activity director. They treat the residents with kindness, compassion and a smile. We also liked the fact that there are activities for the residents to take part in all day, if they choose.I would highly recommend Spring Creek Inn and our Mom has done very well there. We are very happy with the decision we made!!! Sincerely,Saras family

As an activity assistant, the staff was great. Very flexible and a great community to be a part of. Staff was very friendly and the job itself was very rewarding.
