We are very pleased with the support and care our mother receives at Highgate. She enjoys the activities and feels safe there. Her only comments are about the food and wonders about offering a wider variety of dinner options. Thank you for all you do for your mom.Deb Barbee

When the time came that my Mom needed assisted living, it didn't take long for us to choose HighGate . From the moment you walk in the door, you feel the friendly atmosphere. The employees are quick with their smiles and eager to offer help. Mom loves living there. She has found happiness and purpose again, after my fathers passing. She isn't isolated at home anymore. She has made new friends, residents and staff alike. They have become a whole new social circle. I no longer have to worry about her getting her meds correctly, or having meals to eat. I know that if she needs help, it is only a call button away. She maintains her independence by having her own apartment, and the freedom to come and go as she pleases. She is able to have her little dog, which also gets her outside more than she might of in a different situation. HighGate has clean, homey feeling, and the staff are truly nice people. Jean Mickelsen, who is in sales, is such a genuinely caring person. She helped us out when we needed it most. I would be remiss not to mention her by name. They have events at every opportunity or occasion, such as music, games, wine tasting, BBQue, It has been a great solution for our family.

Very helpful receptionist at the front desk! Zoe helped me find one of the residents so we could have a nice visit. Facility was very nice and everyone seamed to be happy.

We are pleased to have Lari Miller in a safe environment. she is struggling a bit but medical and staff have been very helpful. she seems to be having more good days now than bad. thanks to Heather and Brian for all the support medically. it has been a transition for her since she has been fairly reclusive for the past five or so years. thanks again
