Complete misrepresentation of the process. Did not keep appointments/committments. Actually sent me to HR to apply for a job when I was there to admit my dad. The person who I was supposed to meet with wasnt even available. Pawned me off on someone who isn't even involved in the process. She didnt have a clue what was even going on with my dads situation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Wonderful place! The facility and caring staff made it truly be home for our mom.

My parents are residents in independent living, and love it! There is always something to do, if you feel like it, and they have made so many new friends! The staff are friendly and helpful with both residents and guests. They struggled a bit with quality of food in the dining room, but the new staff straightened that out. No complaints now!! Would highly recommend!

The staff and Wyndstone is amazing! They are so kind and treat the residents like family. We moved my parents in as soon as the building was FINALLY open. I do have to say that the food that is served is not up to the standards of a facility that changes $3,800 per month for a 2 bedroom apartment! My parents are signed up for just one meal a day, but they don't even want to eat that one meal in the dining room. We have eaten there often and the food really is awful! We thought that Mom would now not have to cook any more and we wouldn't feel that we should bring in a meal every now and then, but she is back to buying groceries and cooking, and the family brings meals in now and then. I would think that for the amount of money that residents pay to live at Wyndstone that a high quality chef could be hired. I am highly disappointed in the meals that are served and would not have moved my folks into Wyndstone had I known that the food situation is way below par.
