I started working here in September 2019. I enjoy working here for the most part. Lack of communication and favoritism goes on a lot here. To many chefs and not enough Indians. I love the residents. They make me smile every day. My main focus is to try and keep their rooms as clean as I can. This is their home. They pay a great deal to live here. So they deserve a clean home.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. I worked here for 4 days and quit due to the lack of respect for residents. The last straw for me was seeing an aid literally roll a feeder into a wall purposely after bringing her out of the dining room. (A feeder is a resident incapable of doing anything on their own) Having worked in these facilities before and seeing firsthand how difficult it is to keep employees, I knew nothing would be done when I reported it. I did anyway, and to my knowledge, nothing was done. But, they did manage to misplace 4 days of times sheets I had turned in and signed by staffed nurses and not pay me for my time away from my family. How convenient, right?
