I don't go in their very often but I remember the last time I did maybe 2 or 3 years ago they were curtious and and didn't make me feel lesser than, of course I didnt have kids screaming and running like they lost their minds and I was clean and well dressed. Respect isn't a given anymore but it happens when you do things that are respectable

Trying to get information about a child and how I can go about helping with this child. No person to talk to. Not a good system. Let alone an answering machine were someone would call me back.

Each time I have gone into this office they have gone above and beyond.

1-800 number 99% of the time you wont be able to talk to a human. The website doesnt work either and when it does its very vague on the infomation that you need.
